Living in Arizona that he can be unbearable. And my unit is an old unit and not keeping up with the heat and I have French bulldogs that are very susceptible to hot weather and overheating. The response time after my call was within 2 hours. They assessed my situation. I had purchased a window air conditioner to help which they installed for me and also checked my regular unit to see if anything was failing and cleaned out, my filters as well. Excellent work highly recommend will use them in the future. When I put in a new.  Central unit or Mini splits. A Special, thank you to Zack and Noah Allison for coming out. We have used this service for several years at this point in time. They show up on time for service and they don't try to sell me a bunch of stuff to add cost but not value. Recently during the 117 degree heat wave my AC quit during the night. Thermal Pros were out late morning and the unit up and running with a new capacitor, relatively cheap and with a NORMAL priced service call. Wow, by far best AC company we have ever used.  They were so professional and fast at fixing our broken AC unit.  Other companies said our unit had to be replaced and quoted us outrageous amounts. My AC broke unexpectedly in the middle of the night. I called when I realized in the morning and they were out within an hour and got it working very quickly. Definitely reccomend them!
